1 tspchopped, fresh, bottled garlic

1 cchopped frozen hash browns

15 oz. canundrained black beans

2 1/2 canvegetable broth

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 Tbspparsley flakes

1/2 tspfennel seeds

1 cchopped swiss chard
How To Make hearty brazilian bean soup

1Place 1/2 cp. of the vegetable broth, onions, celery, garlic, and bell pepper in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 5 minutes.

2Add remaining ingredients except chard.

3Cook over low heat for 20 min. Add Swiss Chard and cook for 5 minutes.
