Ingredients For velvet avocado soup

  • 2
    avocados, peeled & mashed
  • 3 c
    chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp
    green onions, chopped
  • 1/2
    lime - juice of
  • hot pepper sauce, to taste
  • salt and white pepper, to taste
  • sour cream and salsa to serve
  • cilantro for garnish, if desired

How To Make velvet avocado soup

  • 1
    Blend all ingredients except for sour cream and salsa.
  • 2
    Chill until ready to serve.
  • 3
    Add a dollop of sour cream and some salsa to each serving. Garnish with cilantro.
