Ingredients For vegetable beef soup

2 lbground beef
-
oil for sauteing
-
6potatoes, diced

3 stalkcelery, diced

1 lgonion, diced

4 clovegarlic, minced

10 in smbag frozen green beans

1 smbag frozen corn
-
5 cbeef broth plus more if you desire.

2 cwater
-
2-14oz canstewed tomatoes

2bay leaves
How To Make vegetable beef soup

1Heat oil in large stock pan. Add beef and brown. Remove from pan, set aside.

2Add more oil to same pot. Add celery, onions, potatoes and garlic. Sauteed until onions are translucent.

3Add beef back into pot. Pour in beef broth, water, stewed tomatoes, beans, corn and bay leaves.

4Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Remove bay leaves, serve
