Ingredients For unstuffed cabbage rolls

1 lbground hamburg ( i used 90/10)

1 lbground pork

1 Tbspoil

1 lgonion

1 galgarlic minced

1 mdcabbage chopped into bite size pieces

1 can(14.5oz) oz vegetable broth
-
2 can(14.5oz) diced tomatoes
-
1 can(8oz) tomato sauce
-
1/2 cwater
-
1 tsppepper
-
1 tspsalt
How To Make unstuffed cabbage rolls

1In a large skillet,(i used a dutch oven) heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef/pork onion and cook, stirring, until meats are no longer pink and onion is tender. Add the garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute

2Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
