Ingredients For tumeric detox soup

1 Tbspghee or olive oil

1 mdonion, diced

1 Tbspgrated fresh ginger

4 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspgrated fresh turmeric or 2 tsp powder

1 tspcumin

1 tspcoriander

4 cwater

4 cvegetable or chicken stock

2 tspsalt

4 ozcooked rice noodles

3scallions, chopped

How To Make tumeric detox soup

1Heat the ghee or olive oil to a saute pan. Add the onion and cook about 5 minutes. Add the ginger, garlic, and fresh turmeric and cook another minute. Add the cumin and coriander and stir.

2Add the water and stock and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, taste and add salt. Stir in the noodles and cook about 3 minutes.

3Serve in bowls topped with scallions and a squeeze of lime.
