Ingredients For tortellini soup

2 candiced italian style tomatoes

1 pkgfresh or frozen tortellini

1 box32 oz vegetable broth

1 pkgbaby spinach
-
1 lbsweet italian sausage
-
1/2 Tbspitalian seasoning

1 canchopped portabella mushrooms

1-2 clovegarlic thinly sliced

1 smyellow onion, chopped
-
1 pkg8 oz cream cheese, cubed
How To Make tortellini soup

1Crock pot version: Brown sausage with onion and garlic. Put all ingredients in crock pot except spinach. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Add spinach right before serving.

2Stove top version: In a large pot brown sausage, onion and garlic. Add all other ingredients except spinach. Cook on low flame or setting until tortellini is thoroughly cooked. Add spinach right before serving.

3NOTE: Can use whatever tortellini you would like. Can also use chicken stock or beef stock. Meat can also be changed, maybe meatballs or chicken, just be sure that it is cooked before adding to soup.
