Ingredients For tortellini soup

2 tspchopped garlic

1/2 smonion, chopped

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 lgcan chicken broth (3 lbs. 1.5 ozs.)

1 smpackage of chopped frozen spinach

2 Tbspdried basil

1 pkgthree cheese tortellini
-
1/2 canparmesan cheese
How To Make tortellini soup

1Cook garlic and onion in oil until translucent.

2Add chicken broth, tomatoes, spinach and basil. Cook until spinach is tender.

3Shut off heat and add tortellini.

4Keep pot on burner until tortellini is done.

5Add parmesan cheese
