How To Make tortallini soup
-
1Drain the bean salad first. Then add all ingredients but the noodles in a crock pot and let it slow cook for a couple of hours. If in a hurry you can make this on the stove but its more flavorful in a crock pot. The Noodles should be added just before eating to save them from becoming soggy. I have also boiled them if dry tortallini in the beef broth and added them last.

2this makes several quarts of soup and should feed 4 nicely....I tweak this soup and add different types of sausage( garlic flavor, cheese, or turkey) also add lots of veggies they all work great...Have fun!!
