Ingredients For tom yum soup

  • 6 c
    chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp
    chicken bouillon
  • 8
    jumbo shrimp peeled and deviened
  • 1 c
    boneless skinless chicken thighs cubed
  • 1 c
    shiitake mushrooms sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    heaping chili paste in soybean oil
  • 6 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

How To Make tom yum soup

  • 1
    Bring the chicken broth and bouillon to a boil over medium high heat. Add the chicken, and mushrooms. Stir in the chili paste, fish sauce and lime juice. Let cook 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook 2 more minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
