How To Make thai coconut red curry with calamari

1Heat oil in a pot. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until softened. Add the fish sauce, red curry paste, and brown sugar. Mix the lobster base with the water and pour over the curry mixture.

2Cook for about 10 minutes. Add the coconut milk, spinach, bean sprouts, and calamari. Cook 2 minutes. Add the lime juice and noodles.
