1 1/2 lbboneless pork shoulder -- cut into bite size cubes

3 to 4 mdred potatoes -- cut into 1in. cubes

1 (8 oz) cangreen chili peppers

1 mdred bell pepper -- diced

1 mdgreen bell pepper -- diced

1 mdpurple onions -- diced

1 (15 oz) candiced tomatoes

1 cvegetable broth
-
2 Tbspapple cider vinegar

2 Tbspolive oil
-
1 clovegarlic -- minced

1 tspfresh ground black pepper

1 tspcumin
-
1 Tbspadobo seasoning

2 tspcilantro -- dried
How To Make tex-mex pork stew

1Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown your pork.

2Layer all of the ingredients in crock pot and stir well.

3Cover and cook until meat is tender for about 6 to 8 hours.
