This is more like a stew than a soup. Very good, healthy. One of my staples for my health regime.

Ingredients For stuffed pepper soup

1 lbground turkey or lean ground sirloin

2 lggreen peppers, chopped

1 lgonion chopped

1 Tbspgarlic powder

1 Tbspchili powder

1 tspblack pepper

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 candiced tomatoes

1 cantomato sauce

32 ozlow sodium swanson beef broth (box)

2boil in bags brown rice
How To Make stuffed pepper soup

1Chop onion and green peppers. Put in dutch oven or soup pot, sprayed with Pam cooking spray, and add turkey and seasonings. Brown together till meat is browned and vegs are soft.

2Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.Stir and bring to boil over medium high heat.

3Cut open the 2 bags of brown boil in bag rice and add to soup. Stir. Cover and simmer on medium low for about an hour, stirring occasionally.

4When you spoon it into bowls you can sprinkle with parmesan or mozzarella cheese and serve with hot rolls or crackers.
