Ingredients For stuffed green pepper soup

1 lbground beef
-
1-2green bell peppers, chopped

1 lgonion, chopped

2 canbeef broth (14 oz)

1 cantomato sauce (i use a 29 oz can of redpack)

1/4 cpacked brown sugar

1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 cwhite rice
How To Make stuffed green pepper soup

1In a Dutch oven brown ground beef and drain

2Add green peppers and onions

3Cook covered for 4 minutes; stirring after 2 mins

4Add beef broth, tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and salt Bring it to a boil.

5Add rice and reduce heat.

6Simmer covered for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir occasionally or until rice is tender. Enjoy :-)
