Ingredients For sour egg drop soup

  • 8 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    white pepper
  • 4 lg
    eggs beaten
  • 4
    green onions diced

How To Make sour egg drop soup

  • 1
    Add chicken broth to pot. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch with the water and add to chicken broth to thicken. Reduce heat and add the soy sauce, vinegar and white pepper. Slowly drizzle in the eggs slowly mixing. Stir in the green onions.
