How To Make sour cream soup (that's what i call it)
-
1Take hamburger meat and make into small meatballs. Mix in chopped onion.
-
2Put in pot and cover with water. Boil water to make a broth. To see if meatballs are cooked take one out and cut to see if center is cooked. While Meatballs are cooking make potatoes. Do not mash potatoes.
-
3Add sour cream by the tablespoon full and mix in with the meatballs. The broth should melt the sour cream. When all is ready take mash potatoes and meatballs with fork and add to bowl of soup. The more potatoes you add the thicher the soup.
