Ingredients For sausage tortellini soup

    polish sausages or any precooked sausage cut into chunks
  • 1 c
    carrots chopped into small chunks
  • 1 sm
    onion diced
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 8 c
    chicken stock
  • 6 oz
    can tomato paste
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    frozen peas
  • 9 oz
    package cheese tortellinis

How To Make sausage tortellini soup

  • 1
    Add a little oil to a large pot. Add the onion, carrots and garlic. Cook until softened a bit. Add the flour and mix well. Add the chicken stock and tomato paste. Cook until thickened. Add the heavy cream and peas.

    Cook 1 minutes. Add the tortellini and sausage and simmer for about 5 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
