8 ozsliced fresh mushrooms

1 mdyellow, red, or green sweet pepper

1 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspcooking oil

4 cwater

2 cshredded cabbage

1 cdry lentils rinsed and drained

2 Tbsprice vinegar

2 tspinstant chicken bouillon granules

How To Make sausage stew pot

1In a large pot cook sausage, onion, mushrooms, sweet pepper and garlic in hot oil for 5 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Add water, cabbage, lentils, vinegar, sugar, bouillon granules and black pepper. Bring to boiling: reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables and lentils are tender. Ladle into warmed bowls.
