Ingredients For sausage and spinach soup

1 lbitalian sausage (hot or sweet)

2 crough chopped spinach

1 or 2 clovegarlic
-
2 canitalian style tomatoes (14.5 oz)

1 csliced carrots
-
1 cangreat northern beans - undrained (14.5 oz)

2 smzucchini or summer squash - cubed

1/4 tspblack pepper
-
1/4 tspkosher salt

2 canbeef or chicken broth 14.5 oz cans.
How To Make sausage and spinach soup

1In stock pot, brown sausage with garlic, stir in broth, tomatoes and carrots. Add salt and pepper, reduce heat, cover ans simmer 15 mins.

2Stir in beans with liquid and squash, cover and simmer for another 15 min or until squash is just tender.

3Remove from the heat and add spinach, replace the cover and allow the heat from the soup to cook the spinach. Ready to serve in 5 min.
