Ingredients For santa fe soup

2 lbground turkey or beef

1onion, chopped

2 pkgranch salad dressing mix

2 pkgtaco seasoning mix

1 cankidney beans

1 candiced tomatoes with chilies (rotel)

How To Make santa fe soup

1Cast Iron needed: 14" Deep Dutch Oven, 10" skillet.

2Saute meat until browned. Add chopped onion and cook 5 minutes. Drain fat, if there is any. Add ranch and taco seasonings to meat, stir well. Add remaining ingredients, undrained, and water. Simmer 2 hours. Serve with remaining.
