This is a LOOOONG family recipe. It's not much but because I'm going to print out my cookbook for my girls; I had to add roonies to it! Nothing is measured so I've given you how I make it! =)

Ingredients For roonies (macaroni & tomatoe juice)

noodles or macaroni

tomato juice
-
butter
-
salt & pepper
How To Make roonies (macaroni & tomatoe juice)

1Take a 3 Qt sauce pan and fill it a little over half full with water. Bring water to a boil and fill the water half full with macaroni or noodles.

2Lower the heat and cook until pasta is tender; add tomato juice (DO NOT drain water) until it is a rich red color.

3Add a dollup of butter salt and pepper to taste and serve! ENJOY ;)
