Ingredients For ravioli soup

8 0z.sweet italian sausage, casing removed
-
1clove garlic
-
2-13-3/4oz canchicken broth
-
2 cwater
-
1- 9oz pkgfrozen cheese raviolis, (no need to thaw)
-
1-15oz canwhite beans (or chick peas if you like them yuk !)

1-14. 5oz canstewed tomates, italian style
-
1/4 cdijon mustard, yes 1/4 cup!

1/2 tspdried oregano
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 bunchfresh spinach, torn
-
fresh grated parmesan
How To Make ravioli soup

1In 4 qt. pot, brown sausage and cook garlic together until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain fat if any and set meat mixture aside. In same pot, over medium heat, cook chicken broth and water to boil. Add ravioli, cook for 4-5 min. til tender. Stir in beans, stewed tomatoes, sausage mixture, mustard, oregano and pepper. Heat through. Stir in spinach and cook until just wilted, about 1 min. Ready to serve topped with grated parmesan cheese and of course Garlic cheese bread or cheese sticks. ENJOY!
