Ingredients For ravioli soup

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    tomato juice
  • 28 oz
    can crushed tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp
    each fresh parsley & basil
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    each dried thyme and oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c
    frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1/4 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese

How To Make ravioli soup

  • 1
    Brown the beef in a pan with the onions, & garlic. When cooked through add the tomato juice, crushed tomatoes, and tomato paste.

    Cook until well combined. Add the parsley, basil, sugar, thyme and oregano. Taste and season with salt and pepper
  • 3
    Cook the ravioli in boiling salted water. Once they float to the top drain and add them to the soup. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese
