Ingredients For ratatouille

1/2 lbItalian pork sausage

1/2 lbground beef

1/2red onion

3-4 clovegarlic

3-4 tspitalian seasoning

1 cantomato paste (6 oz)

1small-medium zucchini, sliced

1small-medium summer squash, sliced

1 smgreen bell pepper, sliced

1 slicered bell pepper, sliced

1 - 2 cchicken broth
-
3-4 dashParmesan cheese, grated

1 boxDitalini pasta (optional)
How To Make ratatouille

1In a saucepan, brown the sausage and beef along with the onion, garlic, and spices. Drain the grease and set aside

2In another pan, brown the tomato paste on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add broth and whisk into sauce.

3Stir in meat, chopped vegetables, and more broth if needed. Simmer until veggies are tender.

4Serve over ditalini pasta or as is. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
