Ingredients For ramen chicken stock

  • 4 qt
    water
  • 4 lb
    chicken bones
  • 2 c
    peeled chopped carrots
  • 1 c
    each chopped celery and chopped leek
  • 1/4
    head of green cabbage
  • 8 clove
    garlic
  • 1
    inch pieced ginger smashed
  • 1
    piece kombu wiped with damp cloth
  • 1/2 c
    sake

How To Make ramen chicken stock

  • 1
    Place all ingredients in a large crock pot. Cook on low for 24 hours. Strain through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth.
