Ingredients For potato soup

  • 5 lb
    red potatoes, diced
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 5
    chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    milk

How To Make potato soup

  • 1
    In dutch oven, cover diced potatoes with water. Add 5 chicken bouillon cubes and onions. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are tender. Add pepper, parsley and milk. To thicken add instant potato flakes or make flour slurry.
