Ingredients For potato soup

  • 2 lb
    potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2
    block velveeta cheese, cubed
  • milk
  • 1/2 pkg
    eckridge smoked sausage, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    celery salt, or to taste

How To Make potato soup

  • 1
    Place potatoes in a large pot; cover with water and boil until fork tender. Drain half of the water off and refill with milk until potatoes are covered again. Add Velveeta cheese, smoked sausage and celery salt. Heat on low, stirring occasionally until cheese has melted. Serve.
