1/2 cchopped carrots (can use baby carrots)

1/2 cchopped celery

1/8 tsppepper (or to taste)

2 tspchicken bouillon granules

1/2 cchopped onion

4 ozshredded cheddar (mild or sharp as to your liking)
How To Make potato cheese soup

1PLACE POTS., WATER, CARROTS, CELERY, GRANULES & PEPPER IN LG PAN. BRING TO BOIL OVER MED. HEAT. REDUCE HEAT & SIMMER 25 MINS. OR UNTIL VEGTS. ARE DONE.

2PLACE 1/2 OF VEGTS. AT A TIME INTO BLENDER. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH, THEN RETURN MIXTURE TO PAN.

3ADD CHEESE, COOK & STIR OVER MED. HEAT UNTIL CHEESE MELTS. SPRINKLE PARSLEY ON TOP WHEN SERVING.
