alternative - use chicken on the bone and chicken stock instead of beef
How To Make potassium rich soup

1Soften in real butter and olive oil.

2Add stock with herbs of choice and Celtic salt.

3Boil then simmer ( max 2 hours for those who are concerned re glutamine)

4Near the end add the more delicate green vegetables.

5Remove the bones. Chop meat from the bones and add to the broth.
