Ingredients For pork stock

2 lbpork bones

1 lgonion quartered

any vegetables scraps you want to add

1 Tbspvinegar

1 Tbspsalt

3bay leaves

1 Tbspblack peppercorns
How To Make pork stock

1Add all ingredients to a 6 quart slow cooker Add 3 quarts of water. Cook on low for 24 hours. Strain through fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth. Discard solids.

2Place in a freezer safe container and place in fridge. Let it sit overnight. Skim fat off the top and store in fridge or freeze.
