I made this recipe up 6 years ago, when all we had in the house was some leftover pork, diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Its great with a loaf of French bread to soak up the juices.

Ingredients For pork soup

1 lbcooked pork, cut into bite size pieces

1 mdonion, diced

1 candiced tomatoes (keep the juice)

3 canchicken broth

2 tsplawry's seasoning salt

3 Tbspbutter
How To Make pork soup

1Dice pork into bite size pieces, and sprinkle seasoning salt over it, making sure all pieces have some salt on it them.

2Dice onion ( your preference on how big or small you like your pieces to big).

3Brown pork and onion in 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat, when browned add the dice tomatoes and chicken broth. Let cook between 45 minutes to an hour. Great with French bread.
