Ingredients For penny penching soup

  • 1/2 ring
    polska kielbasa sausage
  • 2
    potatoes cut in small chunks
  • 1/2
    cut zucchini
  • 2 can
    ranch style beans
  • 1 c
    rice
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1tsp
    soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp
    a-1 sauce
  • 1 tsp
    cumin
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 6 cups
    water

How To Make penny penching soup

  • 1
    Cut the Polska Kielbasa Sausage into very thin slices
  • 2
    Cut the potatoes into small cubes you can use frozen hash browns
  • 3
    Cook sausage and potatoes in 3tbsp olive oil until done
  • 4
    Add remaining ingredients including rice and let simmer until rice is cooked
