my own french pork/chorizo soup/stew
On a cold night, this is the ticket to a warm tummy! I finally got my "cooking mojo" back with this creation. I hope you all can find the ingredients-especially the soy/vegetarian chorizo. If you have to...buy a meat one that is soft to make this work for flavor is very important in this recipe. This is easily found in So. Calif, but not sure if is available everyplace in the USA.
