We had this soup last night and it is very good and filling. Also it is a good one to have the ingredients on hand in the pantry.

How To Make mexican winter sausage soup

1Cook sausage, breaking it up, and drain off fat when done.

2Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Heat until hot.

3Serve with diced avocado and a dollop of sour cream if you want to. Also can break up tortilla chips on top. Feel free to add any ingredients. Enjoy!
