Ingredients For massaman beef curry

1 lbfilet mignon or rib eye steak cut into thin strips

2 Tbspvegetable oil

4 clovegarlic minced

3 Tbspmassaman curry paste

1 cancoconut cream or milk

2 cbeef stock

2 Tbsppalm sugar

2 lgpotatoes peeled and cubed

1 lgcarrot cut into small cubes

1 Tbspfish sauce

handful of thai basil chopped
How To Make massaman beef curry

1Heat a wok or large pot and add the oil. Sear the steak on all sides then remove it to a dish and set aside.

2Saute the garlic with the curry paste until fragrant. Add the beef stock, coconut cream, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the potatoes, carrots, and fish sauce. Cook until potatoes are done. Add the Thai Basil and steak.
