Ingredients For mac & cheese soup with broccoli & kielbasa

    14 oz box deluxe mac & cheese mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 sm
    onion diced
  • 1 can
    10.75 oz cheddar cheese soup
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 1 lb
    kielbasa sausage cut into pieces
  • salt and pepper

How To Make mac & cheese soup with broccoli & kielbasa

    Open the box of mac & cheese and remove the cheese sauce packet and set aside. Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until done and drain.

    In a large pot add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the broccoli and onions. Cook until broccoli is crisp tender. Add the Cheddar cheese soup and milk. Stir until mixed. Add the package of cheese sauce from the box mix. Stir until melted.

    Stir in the kielbasa and drained macaroni. Cook until warmed through. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Serve
