Ingredients For mabon meatball stew

1 pkg1 lb fresh baby carrots

1 lbred potatoes - quartered

1 15 oz jarmushrooms - sliced - drained

1 smonion cut thin into wedges

1 18 oz pkgfrozen cooked meatballs

1 12 oz jarbeef gravy - or make your won

1 candiced tomatoes - undrained

1 canwhole kernel corn - drained

fresh ground pepper n salt

chopped garlic to taste
How To Make mabon meatball stew

1In a 4 quart crock pot; combine all ingredients in order listed: Carrots, red tators, onion, meatballs, gravy, tomatoes, corn & seasoning… Cover, cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or until carrots are tender. Stir gently and season before serving.

27 - (1 1/2) cups servings i'd use fresh musrooms myself and add them into the pot the last hour or so of cooking.
