Ingredients For mabon meatball stew

  • 1 pkg
    1 lb fresh baby carrots
  • 1 lb
    red potatoes - quartered
  • 1 15 oz jar
    mushrooms - sliced - drained
  • 1 sm
    onion cut thin into wedges
  • 1 18 oz pkg
    frozen cooked meatballs
  • 1 12 oz jar
    beef gravy - or make your won
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes - undrained
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn - drained
  • fresh ground pepper n salt
  • chopped garlic to taste

How To Make mabon meatball stew

    In a 4 quart crock pot; combine all ingredients in order listed: Carrots, red tators, onion, meatballs, gravy, tomatoes, corn & seasoning… Cover, cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or until carrots are tender. Stir gently and season before serving.

    7 - (1 1/2) cups servings i'd use fresh musrooms myself and add them into the pot the last hour or so of cooking.
