1 stickbutter

1large bell peper, chopped

1large onion, chopped

1 lblouisiasna crawfish tails with fat

2 - cancream of potato soup

2 cancream style corn

2 1/4 cmilk

3 Tbspgreen onions, choopped

3 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped
How To Make louisiana crawfish soup

1Saute bell pepper and onion in butter until soft. Add crawfish and cook 15 minutes.

2Add soup, corn and milk. Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3Just before serving add green onion and parsley.
