Ingredients For italian wedding soup / with chicken meatballs

  • 3/4 pd. lb
    ground chicken
  • 1/2 lb
    chicken sausage
  • 2/3 c
    bread crumbs
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 3 Tulsa. Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1/2 c
    romano cheese, grated
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk, whole
  • 1
    egg
  • salt and pepper
  • CHICKEN MEATBALLS, FOR THE SOUP

How To Make italian wedding soup / with chicken meatballs

    Mix all of the ingredients for meatballs, shape into about 40 small balls. Place on cookie sheet, bake @ 350* for 30 min.

    For the soup, Sauté 2Tbls. Olive oil, 1c. Onion, carrots, celery. Add 10 c. Chicken broth, 1/2 c. White wine. 1c. Small pasta, 1/4 c. Minced fresh dill, 12 ounces washed chopped fresh spinach, add meatballs. Serve with Romano cheese.
