2 stalks celery chopped

How To Make italian sausage soup

1In stock pot cook sausage, carrots, onion and celery until sausage is cooked. Drain fat. Add all other ingredients except pasta. Cover and simmer 1 hour. After an hour add orzo and return to boiling reduce heat and simmer 1 hour,uncovered, stirring frequently. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese and crusty bread.
