Ingredients For hot dog soup

  • 1/2 lb
    hot dogs,halved & sliced
  • 1 c
    celery diced
  • 1/2 c
    carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 c
    onion chopped
  • 1/4 c
    margarine
  • 2 1/2-3 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese shredded

How To Make hot dog soup

    In a large pan combine hot dogs & veggies add margarine cook and stir until tender about 15mins.Add flour blend well slowly add milk stirring bring to a boil;Reduce heat simmer 2mins. until thick add cheese stir until melted
