I love a good tomato soup and wanted to make one that met the criteria for our family. I came up with this recipe and it was definitely a keeper according to the family. I hope those who try it will agree. :-)

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For herbed tomato soup

2 bottleorganic strained tomatoes, 24 oz bottles

2 stalkorganic celery, diced
-
2 mdorganic carrots, diced

1 cdiced onion
-
1 tsporegano
-
1 Tbspbasil
-
1/2 tsppowdered bay
-
4 cchicken bone broth
-
6 Tbspkerry gold butter
-
1 tsphimalayan salt or good sea salt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
2 Tbspdried coconut milk powder
-
1 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make herbed tomato soup
-
1Place first 8 ingredients in crock pot and cook on LOW for 7 hours. Veggies will be nice and tender

2Add the butter, salt and pepper. Stir and then using an immersion blender puree the soup till smooth
-
3Add the parmesan cheese and stir well.

4Add the coconut milk powder and mix once more with the blender

5Check your seasonings and serve.
