Ingredients For herb broth

2 Tbspfresh thyme leaves

2bay leaves

1 Tbspfresh oregano

2 Tbspfresh marjoram

2 sprigfresh italian parsely

2 slicelemon zest, about 2-inches long

1/2 lbyellow onions, chopped

4 clovegarlic, chopped

1 smdried chili (or 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper)

10black peppercorns

1whole clove

1 smpiece cinnamon stick

salt, to taste
How To Make herb broth

1Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
