I found this recipe in a readers digest about 20 years ago and thought how quick and easy it would be as a after work dinner. My kids and husband loved it on a cold winter night. I serve it with salad. Then add fresh fruit for dessert.

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

shredded sharp cheddar cheese,sour cream,minced green onions,chopped cilantro

How To Make hearty taco soup

1Mix all canned Ingredients in large pot bring to a light boil and add taco seasoning reduce heat and let simmer for about 5 min.

2Place in bowls top with cheese, chopped oinons, sour cream, and cilantro

3Serve with corn chips, I use fritos corn chips
