I make this for my hubby who has problems with stomach acid. You can alter the ingredients to your liking. Be creative, add different veggies.

1/2 bunchbroccoli

1/2 mdhead cauliflower

1 lgavocado

3 mdcelery stocks

5 lgbasil leaves (i used dried)

plain stevia to taste

1/4 mdbosc pair

1 Tbspcoconut butter
-
2 Tbspwhole flax seeds (i used the golden ones)

sea salt to taste
How To Make green soup recipe

1Blend all in a Vita-Mix type blender. Add water to achieve the right consistency for your needs.

2Warm slightly, do not cook!

3You can add some toppings such as sprouted quinoa, some olive oil, cumin and a splash of lemon :)
