    white wine
  • 3 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 2 c
    tomato juice

    cloves minced fresh garlic

  • 2 tsp
    fresh parsley, minced

    stalk celery
  • 1
    green pepper
  • 1
    cucumber
  • 1/2 sm
    onion
  • dash
    hot sauce

How To Make gazpacho

  • 1
    Chop vegetables and combine all ingredients.

    Blend slightly, to desired consistency.

    Place in non-metal, non-reactive storage container, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight, allowing flavors to blend.
