It's this simple... I started out by making garlic spinach and decided to add the bratwurst I had on hand to see how it would turn out. Wella! This turned out to be my son's and my favorite recipe for a soup!

Ingredients For garlicky spinach german bratwurst soup

1 boxspinach, frozen

3 Tbspgarlic (diced in jar)

1 pkgleidy's german style bratwurst (4 in pkg)

1 tspfresh ground pepper

1 tspsea salt

1 Tbspgarlic powder

1 pkgchicken broth
How To Make garlicky spinach german bratwurst soup

1Place frozen spinach in 1/2" boiling water & cook until it's loose & hot (continue simmering)

2Add some chicken broth & garlic ingredients, salt, pepper.

3While cooking, slice the bratwurst in slants about 1/4" thick and add to pot. Continue cooking for 1/2 hr.

4Keep adding broth as you go to keep from bunching up and keep it loose
