Ingredients For fruit soup

  • 3
    pears
  • 3
    apples
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 4 c
    boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp
    granulated tapioca
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey or sugar

How To Make fruit soup

  • 1
    Add fruit to saucepan with water; cook until tender. Press through sieve. Add tapioca; cook until clear. Add lemon juice, cinnamon and honey.
