I have some left over Bonnie's French Dip so I am making some Beef and Rice Soup...YUMMMM We love Beef and Rice Soup during this time of year...This is a savory soup....I love to do soups....This soup made the whole house smell so good...I added some sun dried olive oil and herb tomatoes that give this soup a wonderful smell and flavor...

Ingredients For french dip rice soup
- LEFT OVER FRENCH DIP WITH BEEF
- OR YOU CAN USE A CHUCK ROAST
- CUT UP SMALL CHUNKS

2 cbrown rice, uncooked

14 ozgreen beans, frozen

1 cancarrots, cubed

4 cbeef broth, reduced sodium

2 tspgarlic

2 tsponion powder

10 cwater

1 tspsea salt

2 tsppepper, cracked

10sun dried tomatoes (olive oil herb)

2 pinchitalian seasoning
- IF YOU USE A FRESH ROAST CUT UP
- DREDGE IN FLOUR AND BROWN AND ADD ITEMS BELOW
- AND 1 CAN OF FRENCH ONION SOUP
- AND 1 CAN OF BEEF BROTH
How To Make french dip rice soup

1If you don't have left over French Dip then use chuck roast cut up and dredge in flour and brown.

2Put all Ingredients into your Dutch Oven and Cook on Medium heat for 2 hours.....
