this was a quick throw together that came out amazing... I have large men to feed and they each were very pleased with this soup on a cold snowy day after working outside in most of it. warms your bones, sticks to your ribs and fills you real good.

Ingredients For fiesta taco soup

3 canseasoned field peas

2 canlarge cans tomatoe puree

1 canlarge can crushed tomatoes

1 canleavy spinach or 2 cups fresh spinach not cooked

1 candices seasoned tomato garlic and herb

1 canno salt mixed veggies

1 bagmedium frozen whole kernel corn

2 lbtaco seasoned meat (turkey) uncooked and crumbled.

1 each Tbspsalt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion flakes, onion powder, chilcken bullion(two cubes,crushed) adobo

3 cbottled water
-
1 Tbspcrushed garlic

1 mdyellow or white onion diced small

1 cshredded cheese of you favorite (optional)
How To Make fiesta taco soup

1in a large pot, mix your tomatoes/water/bullion/seasons/ and meat... bring to boil stirring often... do not let it stick

2after stock boils for 5mins reduce to simmer add your other items.

3stir often, reduce to low or 2-1 and let simmer as long as possible... the longer the better. taste comes with time.

4sever hot with buttered soft bread, or tortillas. and top with shredded cheese
