this was submitted by "The Idiot". Still not sure who that is and if this was ever tried. Apparently tossed salad and french bread go well with this.

Ingredients For elephant stew

  • 1
    elephant
  • diced onions
  • mixed vegetables
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 5 lb
    flour

How To Make elephant stew

  • 1
    Cut elephant into small serving pieces. Simmer in large cooking put until tender. Add onions, veggies, salt and pepper
  • 2
    Thicken liquid with flour that has been made into a paste.
  • 3
    Serve at once. If having a very large group, add a rabbit or two.
